Hi, all, I am an expat working in Shanghai and. subletting an apartment in Songjiang for two months starting in July to September 1st. no deposit needed. rent is 3000 and you have free wifi. the apartment is located approximately 5 km from subway station but there is a free shuttle bus. I will leave you all my utensils to use for free. This is short term rent until I am on my summer break. If you want, you can come and check the house anytime. Honestly, there are not many restaurants and shops nearby, but the area is pretty quiet and calm. The apartment is extremely clean and all the furniture is new so the price is reasonable. You pay water (around 20rmb), electricity depending on usage, gas around 50 rmb per month and internet is free. I will be paying for it. The community has a small gym which is free, several restaurants and supermarket. The location is not great, I am very honest here, but that’s the way it is.
